And we’re business savvy—as adept at navigating large-company complexity as we are at addressing the technology needs of a startup.

Kevin D. Williams
President
Kevin D. Williams has over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise-level solutions across industries—including new media, finance, entertainment and wireless/telecommunications. An engineer by education and training, Kevin offers a powerful combination of business acumen and technical expertise. Kevin has extensive experience working with a variety of development platforms; however, his strength lies in his ability to quickly, accurately and effectively translate business problems into technical solutions that are scalable and flexible. Prior to founding Sidusa, Kevin held positions as a financial analyst, systems architect and software developer for a number of companies, including PainWebber, Prudential Investment Corp, MGM Studios, Inc. Warner Bros, Roo Media and others. A graduate of Princeton University, he holds a B.S.E. in Engineering Management Systems/Information and Decision Sciences.
Kim Miller, PMP
Vice President Business Development and Operations
With more than a decade of experience in the technology industry, Kim Miller offers an extensive background in program management. She excels at bringing large, distributed and diverse teams together to drive toward common goals and objectives—resulting in successful implementations. She has experience managing implementations of a wide range of technologies using traditional and agile development approaches. Before joining Sidusa Systems, Kim was a technology executive at Bank of America, and prior to that at Countrywide Financial Corporation; responsible for implementing multimillion dollar large scale corporate ERP solutions and legacy systems. Kim’s technology experience also expands into the Entertainment industry, where she worked as an IT project lead for the World Wide Distribution department for MGM Studios, Inc. Kim holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from California Lutheran University and is certified as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Rahul Agarwal
Manager – Distributed Development Operations
Rahul is responsible for managing a distributed technology development team that includes designers, QA testers and web developers. Rahul has been with Sidusa for several years. He has extensive experience designing web based applications and managing technical projects. His core competencies focus on Java/J2EE, RoR, LAMP, Web Services and Distributed Applications. He is a graduate of the IIT Bombay – the leading engineering institute in India.
